Nando’s is the fast-growing international chicken restaurant group that has used delicious food and outrageous wit to create a cult brand around spicy Afro-Portuguese cuisine. For several years, Nando’s has been working with SuperUltra to solve pressing operational questions. This has led to new kitchen equipment to improve the staff work experience and honor great cooking. The first example is this great knife, used to chop chicken into portions.
